MicroFAST yeast and mold counting plates identify food yeasts and molds that contaminate food products and food processing environments. Yeasts and molds can proliferate under very varied conditions on raw materials, products and production environments and are therefore difficult to control. Making this control even more difficult is the five-day incubation period required by traditional agar methods. Available in 25 pieces format they provide results in 3-5 days.
