Generon, with its technological partner Envirologix, will be present as Sponsor at the European Flour Millers’ Congress (https://flourmillerscongress2022.eu/) which will be held from 26th – 28th may 2022 in the iconic setting of the Hilton Molino Stucky on the Island of Giudecca of Venice.
It will be an opportunity to present to an international audience all our solutions for the detection of chemical and microbiological contaminants in a fundamental ingredient for our diet: from mycotoxins, to allergens, from GMOs to microbes. Envirologix will present a European preview of its rapid solution for the simultaneous detection of DON, ochratoxin, soy and other allergens in grains and flours.
