Fresh and Canned Vegetables
Fruits and vegetables are classified into various types of sales. The categories (Ranges) are distinguished according to the technologies and processing processes applied to the product from the moment it is harvested to when it is sold to the consumer. 1st range: these are fresh and whole products, which have not undergone any treatment; 2nd range: these are the products usually sold in cans, such as vegetables in oil or pickles; they can be pasteurized or sterilized and some preservatives may have been added; 3rd range: these are frozen fruit or vegetables; 4th range: it includes clean, cut and packaged products in closed packaging, ready for consumption. They are also called "ready to eat" or "ready to use"; 5th range: these are semi-finished products are cooked and then vacuum-packed or in a protective atmosphere. We have included in this category only products for the first and second range industry.
