Dichloran 18% Glycerol (DG18) Agar is a selective medium used for plate counting of osmophilic yeasts and xerophilic moulds in products intended for human consumption and in feeds with water activity (Aw) less than or equal to 0.95 (dried fruit, confectionery, jams, dried fish and meat, grains, cereals and derivatives, flours, spices, seasonings and others).
