This kit allows for the detection in food and feed DNA extracts of the GMO marker nptII. Using this real-time PCR kit its possible to detect around 30% of the events registered in the EU GMO database. The kit was developed according to the experimental design of the GMO Web detection database (see https://http://gmdd.sjtu.edu.cn/).
