This kit allows for the detection in food and feed DNA extracts of the GMO marker tE9 derived from the pea. Using this real-time PCR kit its possible to detect diverse GM rapeseed, potato, sugarbeet, corn, cotton and soy. In particular it detects GM soy MON87708, MON87754 e MON87769 which cannot be detected by other screening methods. The kit was developed according to the experimental design of the EU reference laboratory (see https://gmo-crl.jrc.ec.europa.eu/gmomethods/).
