This kit allows for the detection in food and feed DNA extracts of the GMO markers p35S CaMV, tNOS, p34S FMV, t35S CaMV. Using this real-time PCR kit its possible to detect around 80% of the events registered in the EU GMO database and when coupled to the kit PGE42A-50 allows a coverage of more than 90% excluding only events without typical markers. The kit was developed according to the experimental design of the centro di riferimento europeo (see https://gmo-crl.jrc.ec.europa.eu/gmomethods/) o nel GMO Web detection database (see https://http://gmdd.sjtu.edu.cn/)
