PATHfinder Real-Time PCR kits are primary tools for modern food and water quality and safety testing. The kits detect in different sample the presence and the identity of microrganisms through their DNA.The kits are developed according to the norms ISO22119, ISO20838, ISO16140 hence they include an internal amplification control, a positive and a negative control. This 4-Plex kit in less than 40 minutes - without any DNA extraction step - allows the identification of a colony isolate as Vibrio parahaemolyticus and the possible presence of its relevant virulence factors tdh and trh.
